There are many brother sets in cricket who have made their mark. Just a few of the many notable brothers in cricket include the Amarnaths, Pathans and Pandyas of India and England's Chappells Waughs Husseys and Husseys. Surinder Amarnath's sons are Mohinder and Mohinder Amarnath, who were both born to legendary cricketer Lala Amarnath. They are currently playing Pakistan in Sialkot for the second ODI.

Surinder Amarnath, Mohinder amarnath

Surinder Amarnath played as an Indian cricketer in the first class format. His brother Mohinder also played 69 Test matches in India. They scored 4378 runs, and had 11 centuries. They are currently coaching and commentating.

Yusuf, Irfan Pathan

Yusuf Pathan and Irfan Pathan, both brothers hailing from the Punjab region, are well-known for their success in seamer work. After Virender Sehwag had been injured, both men were drafted into the India squad for the ICC World Twenty20 2007. However, Virender was rested before the final, and Yusuf was called up to replace him. Yusuf occupied the opening spot for the team against Pakistan. There he scored fifteen from eight balls. He hit Mohammad Asif with an excellent hammer blow, and he was very impressive.

Ian Greig is a former cricketer who has made controversial comments. He was once accused by making "mail order bride” comments during a match at North Sydney Oval. Greig claimed his comment was not meant to be broadcast. Greig was later fired by the Australians for his comment.

The Lyttleton brothers

Edward Lyttelton is an English sportsman/cleric. He represented Cambridge University in Middlesex. He also represented England at the national level. He was educated in Cambridge at Trinity College and Eton College. Lyttelton was the son of a sporting family. His father was both a British aristocrat as well as a scholar. Cyril Alington was the one who wrote his biography.

Foster brothers

The Foster brothers were part of the English first-class cricket team in 1903. One was a right-handed player, and the other two were left-handed. Each one of them played for Worcestershire, which was home to first-class cricket players. They also played amateur football. Reginald, their brother, was England's representative in both of these sports.
